Sunday Roast
hey…dinners nearly finished..just got to roast the potatoes..we are having ..roast leg of lamb (well a half leg)..with fresh rosemary…roasted shallots.with fresh lemon thyme and rosemary (those lovely long ones)..forgotten what they’re called…savoy cabbage…buttered sweet carrots…and gravy made by deglazing the meat and shallots tins…mmmmm..I might splash out and do a dessert (frozen) appleĀ strudel…with home made custard..nothing more exciting I’m afraid..but that’s my life…at least I get to see a few faces enjoying the results of my cooking…
tata for now..I know my gorgeous little granddaughter will…she loves food
